The 2007 EUROfiasco Top 10

On 6 May 2007 we unveiled our Top 10 at the very first Flag-Waving Preview Party... not that it was then known as such - we had branded it as EUROminiFiasco in fact. But thanks to the magnificent swooping sounds of Vertigo from Malta this year, and everyone having hand-wavers about their person, flag waving soon took off - and the rest is history.

We were sat in the front room at Richmond Mansions, and in this pre-YouTube (meaningfully anyway) era, played our favourites off the CD to the assembled. We had gathered everyone together because, of course, this was the first year that Team Fiasco would be going live to Eurovision itself and thus not having a party on the night itself. Thus the tradition of the send-off/briefing was born.. and we have had a Flag-Waving Party every year since that we've headed on the road.

The Top 10 was until a few weeks ago lost to history, but thanks to an email that was sent to Domininc a few days later, we now have the evidence of what it contained - and can thus share it again (say yeah), together with the playlists. So here we go...
