So the deadline for Eurovision song submission is tomorrow - the Heads of Delegation meeting is already underway (I assume the Sunday is for a massive piss-up dinner somewhere rather than any work getting done) - and Sweden have chosen, which is normally the sign that we move from phase 1 to phase 2...
All of which means I had best crack on with refreshing the blog for 2016!
